I just picked up a 2010 2.7 4 cyl standard trans w/37k miles, I'm looking to start mod-ing for MPG as I drive 500-1000 miles/week. I'm gonna take out the secondary air filter and get the high flow filter for starters. I;m also going to run Sea Foam thru the old girl and do all the 30k mile maintenance since I'm not sure if the guy who had before did. I'm also going to start using synthetic oil, is there anything specific I need to do to change over to synthetic? I'm a novice when it comes to car maintenance, I am proficient with tools , just newer to cars. Time to learn.
