Upgraded 4 wire Trailer Plug to 7 Wire, Front box Rack,
Here is the first major mod to my truck.
I built a rack for the front of the box that:
    - moved the tie down rail down so it doesn't interfere with the tonneau cover
    - added 2 D-rings to the floor of the box
    - storage for 2 ball hitches
    - CB antenna mount

    Step 1.
Remove rail and 2 front bolts from floor of bed.

    Step 2.
    Get materials. I used:
    1 x 2"x3/8" Flat Bar 52"
    1 x 1"x1" Angle 53"
    2 x 1" x 1/4" Flat Bar 4 1/2"
    2 x 2" x 1/4" Flat Bar 2 1/2"
    4 x 1" x 3/8" Channel ~16"
    2 x D-Rings
    2 x 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" Angle ~6" (to hold hitches)
Most of these materials were picked by what was handy. "~" indicates that it was sized to fit, not necessarily an exact measurement.

Here are most of the parts laid out:

    Step 3.
    Weld everything together and paint

    Step 4.
    Install.

Here is a close up the drivers side. The D-ring is half-way between the bolt and the front of the box. The angle iron sticks up to hold the hitch.

Here is the CB Antenna mount that just fits under the tonneau roll.

I will have to take some pictures with the rail installed and the hitches in place.

Upgraded 4 wire Trailer Plug to 7 Wire, Front box Rack,
Here is how I mounted the CB Radio:
Removed cover from behind center console (a bit of prying with a screwdriver and it pops off)

Mounted bracket (note, I ended up moving the bracket up in order for the antenna plug too fit)

Ran power cable through vent holes.

    Mount radio

I was tired of digging through my console for keys and pens so I mounted some hooks on the inside of the lid.
