Sorry about the lack of posts and modifying for awhile. I have some bad news to share. December the 13th a young man and close friend was killed in a hit and run. Craig A. Loxton was 18 years old. He was an avid car & truck enthusiast. He gave me many ideas for my project. Many of the ideas required his help because I could not do them on my own. He was a much better mechanic and person than myself. Now i must finish all of the ideas we had gotten so fired up over. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers.

i used the old door speakers to make the door mounts. I could have bought them and make life easier on me, but i prefer the personal touch more.

Today i got a new exhaust put in. cut out the old one alittle before the muffler and installed a Cherry bomb pro muffler. i'm letting it dump under the bed. i'll post pics and videos when i can find the cable for my camera. I went to my local car meet and people were saying my taco sounds like a subie. :D

if you've read the satoshi write up you know whats been done. next i'm going to sand and primer the outer section, then paint the entire grill a flat black.

I'm going to use bolts with lock nuts to hold the mesh in place when i get it from the parts store. since i chose to go that route, I superglued stainless steel corner braces for the mounts. all that remains to do is pick up the mesh, paint it black, and mount it.
