    More fr DMZ...im stoked

Driveshaft is back, catch strap was added...new carrier bearing made... for those of you who are shredding your taco carrier bearings this is probably the solution...contact Dmz for details

New yota frames are weak, we know the bucket flexes but SO does the frame... i figured this was a good preventative measure...I dont feel like putting heims on my UCA's later down the road if the frame bends.

    More from Mr. Tim...

Went to the shop to tear down the front end to regrease the LCA bushings, Tim was nice enough to stop work on his other projects to help me out and lend me a hand. Just another reason why I go to DMZ. After tear down, Tim upgraded my LCAs to Total Chaos 2010 standards and added lca zerks.

Crossbar is solid..connects to the TC secondary shock hoop, gusset to the coilbucket and connected to the frame as well.

License plate mount with ledlight... another thing to note, DMZ added a little hidden switch inside the storage compartment for the Red LEDs, just incase i get shit from cops about the bright brake lights. Just another cool surprise detail

Was studying all day until i got a call and a surprise email of this....

DMZ Tim, Chaz and other guys were nice enough to wash the truck up before handing it over to me this afternoon. Just another example of how DMZ takes care of their customers.

Paints done, with a custom angle cut, jack/skid spare has been mounted, wiring has been cleaned up, some cool dimpled glass supports, rear shocks and front bypasses have been revalved

I've had a wonderful experience with this part of my build. The wait was worth it. I couldn't have asked a better shop to do the work. Through the few years i've been going to DMZ I've met great friends to wheel with and a great fabricator who also has become a good friend.

I highly recommend DMZ to anyone who appreciates great service coming from a highend fab shop.

In the end, what you get is a great fabricator with a perfectionist mindset, who is personable, and has one of the best customer service in the industry. Just call the shop and youll find out right away through his attitude, along with all the returning customers he has.
