Guys just a little update on the bumper, we have every intention on making it a production bumper. It's very similar to our FJ bumper in fact there is very little difference in the two.

Were still working out the bugs, we are working on the same bumper for a 03-09 4runner as well.

You can also follow us on Face Book we update with pictures of current shop projects there the most. http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...7909442?ref=ts

JD , just curious about the flares of the bumper where it meets the wheel well , is the finished product flush to the inner fender as shown in the pictures above or will it sweep out to be flush with outside of the fender flares like an ARB and others ?

I talked with Jason this evening and the production model will be to the outside edge of the flares. Also working on what hoop (center and headlight) design will work out.
I'm pretty stoked with the project and how it's progressing.

Will be picking the truck up on the 15th. I'll get some pics out. Front and rear bumper w/ tire swing out. Sliders to follow, and the Icon suspension remote res. add a leaf springs, coilovers, and UCA's for about 3" of lift.
