I just bought my 2008 Super White quad cab long bed 4x4 with the SR5 package on Friday June 29th. It had 126xxx on the odometer, but I got it for a steal.

Yesterday I debadged it and had to claybar the dirt that has accumulated around the badges over the last 4 years.

Here are a few photos of the after:

Dropped the truck off at the dealership yesterday to have the OEM roof rails installed.

Now I can easily carry my Kayaks!

While I was there I also picked up a white sport grille instead of the chromed SR5 grille.

My Weathertech floor mats and window visors also came in yesterday, but I haven't taken the time to install them yet.

My son finally decided to take a nap, so I was able to get the rain guards and floor mats put in.

    Pics of the rain guards:

I'm not sure if I'm going to like these or not, they seem a little small and close to the window from what I'm used to.

Not much to report the last couple of days, I'm waiting on the rest of my parts to arrive, but they should all be in South Carolina when I get back from work this Friday.

I did take the time to pull the broken front mud flaps off and claybar the dirt off.

I got a few things accomplished with the truck this weekend. I sold my oem roof racks and got my BAMF light bar painted and installed.

I also got my Hella Supertones painted and installed.

I picked up a new shift knob today and threw it in the truck. It matches the interior much better than the oem solid black leather knob did.
