Alright folks, welcome to what will be an interesting journey. This will eventually be a rig I can do some off-roading in. Some work will be done myself, other work will be one by others with way more skill than I currently have.

Just got done with blacking out my badges today with plasti-dip. Turned out pretty decent considering the temp was near 28 F when I finished. There's a couple spots I'm not happy with that I'll revisit this summer when weather is nicer for this sort of work.

Note: While 6" of tape might be fine to catch overspray when spraying directly, it is not sufficient for any angles... I found spatter after the first attempted coat on the toneau badge...that wasn't fun to remove, I'll take the badge off at a late date.

I don't know...I found it on eBay. I had no clue you made them.

Probably not then. I'll have to take a look at yours when the sliders arrive.

Nope. I just assemble. Should have another dozen here next week. They're selling pretty well. 3 I need to ship out SOON. Ran into some adhesion problems but remedied them. Rock solid now.

Damn, I wish I had known that yesterday. If my ordered item is not up to my quality you're the first to know about it!

Heck I may return it just to support local. :D

There ya go. Those screws or whatever on the upper dash (more like drywall anchors imo) were a little bit of a pain to get out. And there's a couple well hidden tabs on the rings.
