Comes with all mounting hardware. Mounts directly to the bed rails. Just purchased my Tacoma and it came with. Selling to pay for a shell. This is COMPLETELY waterproof and has two locks and two keys. This is basically brand new. No scratches, cracks, dents etc. Even has a 3-bulb LED that puts off plenty of light for night access. New these units sell for @ least $700. You can have mine for $250 OBO. Local Pickup ONLY.

If it doesn't sell here, try CL. I just sold mine not to long ago on here. I also had it on CL and it got a lot of interest from that. GL w/ the sale.
