selling for a friend, overhead temperature console from an 2010 tacoma sport. comes with bulbs, working temp console, and the temperature sensor. my friend changed out his interior lights and the ambient orange didnt match so he went with the garage door compartment instead $260 shipped via paypal. these are well over $1100 at the dealer.
It's compatible with the 2009+ since I've heard that The pin configuration is slightly different.

Anyway .... consoles for a 2009+ DO NOT sell for $125 on EBay.

    Bump for a good deal.

Thank you. Ppl like to crap on other peoples threads. If I wanted to sell it on eBay then why would I post it on here?? I've seen them well for almost $300 here. If you don't like the price, by all means make an offer.

Maybe for an 05 thru 08 but not for an 09 thru 2011!
While the consoles look the same they do not work the same and cannot be interchanged!

This is great deal if you're in the market. I paid over $100 more for one of these, which was still better than a dealer. It's an easy DIY swap with the old console. Just unplug the old one and plug in the new one. There's a post on here somewhere that shows how.

Can also be modded into the tan OH consoles too. Then the leftover parts can be sold. I bought an 09+ grey console for $225, painted the temp/comp bezel tan, and put it into my truck. Then painted the tan sunglasses door grey, put it into the grey console and sold it for $50. Not a bad deal overall.

How are the 09+'s different from the 08's down?

I've got an 06 that I'd be interested in but if it's not gonna work, obviously I need to look elsewhere

09+ use a 5 pin harness- earlier models use 6 pin harness. Some have tried to modify the wiring with no success. The 2 models use a different temp sensor and body ECU.

Bump for a good deal! I am surprised this has not sold already. I bought one at a wrecker after a 6 month search.

If its from a '09+ is doesn't need a temp sensor that's located near the radiator. What temp sensor are you talking about?
