I WOULD have been, or would have been interested in the OP ones, but decided hastily to go the rivet route on my own before finding this thread, dang it!

I bought some CRE 12x24" flexible ones online for about what you were asking and had to template and trim, and you get the picture. Speaking of pictures. . . .

Have to drill the rivets out, do a leeeeettle bit more trimming, get the rivets on the right side, make a new paper template that SHOULD fit both front and rear.

So, the moral of the story is - BUY THE OP'S KIT!!!!!!!!!!!

(EDIT: ALSO, THE CRE MATERIAL ONLY APPEARS TO BE ABOUT ONE-HALF AS FLEXIBLE AS THE OP'S. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THE OP'S KIT, SO AGAIN, THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS BUY THE OP'S KIT (I STILL MIGHT HAVE TO).

You know all about it, no doubt, been there done that, eh? I'm gonna go with the two-piece mate rivets instead of pop rivets, just for appearance sake. Those pop rivets even with a washer on the ugly side still look ugly. I do love riveting for some reason, what the heck, still wish I would have seen this thread first . . . . .

Ah well, you win some, you lose some . . . .

Very nice work. I just bought my new 2012 DC Sport (traded in a 2005 DC), and the first thing I did was remove the front mudflaps...knowing from experience how worthless they are from my previous truck.

Gonna have save a bit before I spend any money on this one since I just bought it...but I'm definitely bookmarking this thread.

Got mine installed this weekend. Should allow me to tackle obstacles larger than a tennis ball now without worrying about ripping off my mudflaps. I drilled an extra hole in each of the flaps and inserted one of the OEM clips through each to help reduce the amount of "flappping" at highway speeds. I've got a little bit of curling from exhaust heat on the passenger rear side flap, but not sure what to do about that.

I think u might need a Mudflap that don't flap too much while your driving.

Took the first long trip since I put them on and the curling that you are experiencing will turn to melting. Left my phone at home but will post some pics later.

Finally got around to putting up the pics of what the exhaust has done to the flap. Kinda a bummer as well that most of the inserts that the new bolts bite into started spinning before they were tight enough. They hold for now but I will need to figure something out to secure them better.

This happened to mine but I figure once I trim the exhaust back I'll just take a heat gun and flatten it out. I had the same issue with the inserts spinning and although it took a bunch of extra time, for almost all of them except one in the front you should be able to take a pair of needle nose pliers and hold the insert still while you turn the bolts. This seemed to work for me.
