Looking for anyone that has this kit, before I buy new. I am looking for the kit that will supplement my Billy 5100 I have already. Like this one

Ask toytec for a group buy. I'm sure a lot of people are looking for springs. I got mine for $350 and $100 on the shocks.

I have that set up... Some people love them but mine rides really rough and I have an All Pro front bumper. If you want just coils go OME 885. Way smoother.

Are you talking about toytec adjustable coilovers or the eibach "silver springs"? I think that OME just says to use their shocks with the 886. But, this may also just be to get you to buy their stuff. Lot's of people run ome 885/5100s.

im talking about using the eibach "silvers" id love to use the toytec adjustables but im on a tight budget. and i originally was thinking the 885s but im just thinking if i do a brush guard any engine work up front i dont wanna worry about it. so im guessing the 886 would be ok.. but it seems like the silvers hold up for more weight.. i could see why that means they might have a stiffer ride though.

886s have a heavier load rating than the eibachs and the eibachs have heavier load rating than 885s iirc.

Just to get an idea on added weight... I had no change in lift after putting my All Pro bumper on with the eibachs. So, I don't think any amount of engine work and a brush guard will affect the ride height with the OME. You really need to load on an ARB and a winch with steel line to get sag with either choice. I'll be swapping out mine in a few months or sooner for the toytechs. If you want the eibachs still I'll ship them to ya! As far as saving money. you could always just set the clip to 2.5" since it's free if you have the shocks.

sorry for getting off topic.
