Selling the truck!! :(

So I am getting ready to sell the truck and was letting TWers have the first crack at it! The truck is a 2009 Double Cab Long Bed 4x4 Sport with a 6" ProComp lift, 35" ProComp X-All Terrain, 20" black KMC revolvers, K&N intake, Banks exhaust and is de-badged. I am gonna list it for 33,000 OBO! The truck only has 24,000 miles on it. PM if interested!!

Your best offer will be in the $23,000-$25,000 range, and THAT's even pushing it. $38,000 is too expensive for a decked out 2012 model with 0 miles from the dealership.

The KBB for your truck is $30,000 in excellent condition, taking into account the the $2,000 or so it will take to get it back to stock (replacing suspension components and warn out components from the 6 inch lift and you're at $28,000 and then.....to be competitive $26,000

 

i got my decked out 2012 with 2 miles on it and only paid 28,000 out the door for mine.

Wow I got my 2012 for 29000 and spent 2000 on upgrades! You will not get 38k but glws!

 

Guys...this is just a starting point!! You dont list something for a price and then try and get more. I realize this is high!! There are no comparisons with new over slightly used in this occasion! Sure you might have spent 28 grand out the door, but it didn't have the over 10 grand in aftermarket accessories either. I need to sell my truck but at the same time I dont want to loose out on $$. There are other trucks out there for cheaper. They also dont have this few of miles on them either. The closest I have seen is 42,000 miles. Again, I understand the original price was on the high side but if i price it low and then haggle i loose my ass! I am sure that everyone agrees.

There just trying to help you sell. You can buy a brand new one, and put $4,000 of upgrades into it, and still be cheaper. Unfourtinately, when you modifiy a vehicle, your going to loose money on it when you sell it..I'm sure there is certain exceptions, but you know what I'm saying, this must be the first time your selling a vehicle.

I highly doubt anyone is going to buy your truck for $38,000..You would have better luck returning it to stock, then selling it. Sell off the aftermarket stuff, but again, you WILL loose money. Its the nature of the beast.

Anyways, Good Luck, I hope you do sell it for asking price.

$5,000 lift?

Even $3,000 in rims/tires is kinda high.

Id be more to believe the lift is $1,000, rims/tires $2,000.

 

I also don't see 10k in upgrades. You might want to list every upgrade to show the 10k!

 

Interior can get kinda pricey..If hes got audio upgrades,leather,supercharger..etc
