For what air bags would end up costing, for a little more money I'd rather get rid of the weak stock springs, I think.

I'm hauling "serious loads" now and can imagine my stockers are going to break real soon with or without airbags so I was wondering if there was any fairly stock height leafs available. Then maybe put the air bags on.

my guess is that'd be at a custom price as well, priced enough for air bags

By the time I play around with air bags, replacing the springs seems to be a better option. I'm looking seriously at the ALCAN springs; from what I hear they are the way to go. I don't want any trouble with drive line angles and vibration issues. I just need a real nice heavy duty spring and then air bags if I'm really worried about it. Thanks for all the input on this issue.
