285/75/16 BFG T/A KO (Socal- LOCAL Only)

Hey TW,

Trying to ditch a set of BFG T/A KO's I picked up-- 285/75/16.
Two of these are on the low end for tread, the other two are just below half as far as tread depth.

If you've rocked T/A KO's before, you know that these things don't wear down very quickly-- one of my coworkers ran 60K miles on his set before they went totally bald.

That said though, if you plan to run 60K miles with your truck before swapping out tires, this set is probably not for you... (unless you happen to be particularly brave/stupid/stupidly brave). If you need a set to play around with, or if you just want to run 285's for the next 10-20K miles without worrying too much about breaking the bank, these may be of use to you.

Looking to get $250 for the set-- at $250 I'll throw in a spare I picked up in case I ever got a flat. The spare has some gnarly wear on the edges of the tread pattern... I think the previous owner enjoyed a good amount of crawling with it, so it's really just for emergency situations at this point (also good for a tire swing?). Pics below-- the angle is a bit weird on a couple of the shots, but you can see how they're paired. I'm in South Orange County.

I have some 16x8 wheels on my 265 70 16's, would they fit on 285s?

 

Sure will-- I was going to run that size rim as well-- be careful about the offset/backspacing though
