by far my favorite reg cab, love the snorkel and the attention to detail, shame you have to sell it but its for a good reason, GLWS!

 

i'm looking into picking up an old toyota. something i can buy with only a couple thousand :/ it is what it is i have come to terms with it now. this move is way more important than my truck.

 

i have a few guys who seem interested in the truck so its kind of tricky to time wether or not to part it out or wait to sell it outright.

see the ebay add if your interested make me an offer the asking price is a bit high but, the minimum is surprisingly low. you could end up getting a really nice regular cab already built up nicely for a great price.

You are too impatient, and it's gonna cost you.

With a truck like this, you're going to have to wait a while for the right buyer to come along.

You need to allow a couple of months, not a couple of weeks.

Put it in auto trader. Keep a "for sale" sign in the window. (but whenever I see a designer/custom car with a "for sale" sign actually *painted* on the window, I know they're asking too much)

Write down names and numbers of all the offers you get.

"Sorry man, I'm looking to get more than that. But let me keep you number. If it hasn't sold by end of October, I'll call you back."

And that allows you to drive up your offers as well.

"22K?" Sorry, I'm already sitting on an offer for 24... etc...

i wasn't even sure what was reasonable to ask for it in the first place i thought 29k was a fair starting point but, idk. i'm not impatient i don't even want to sell it lol i love this truck but, the house we are tying to build is going to demand 100% of my time effort and money. i was just trying to be proactive and lower my out going monthly bills and the first thing i thought of was the truck :/ sadly so did my wife lol.

what number do you think i should shoot for?
