    The crank does not have the upgraded sleeve kit on it, but if you call up NST and mail it to them they will put it on for you and send it back free of charge!

    At the offered price, you could buy them all and resell the crank pulley for almost what you paid for the whole set. NST charges $148 for just the crank pulley if purchased alone.
