WTB: Shark Fin Antenna for 2012 Tacoma

Description says it all.

I think about $35 shipped (to 16066) is a fair price, shipping USPS shouldn't cost more than a few dollars.

PM a pic of the fin, mounting bolt, and plug please including any damage to it.

Thanks.

Well, I can go out and get you a shark fin. Actually, do you want the whole shark or just the fin? Anyway, afterwards you can run wire through it for an antenna. By the way, any preference in size? Sharks in the eight to ten foot range are the most common where I fish.

That's a little too messy for me...

Yeah, but just think of the visual statement you'd make with something like that on your truck. Definately one-of-a-kind.

By the way, I posted this mainly to bump your thread up, but don't know how lucky you'll get here. Have you tried a vehicle junk yard? Maybe they'll have one or can find you one (nearly all can access a nation-wide network of junk yards to obtain used parts).

haha yeah I appreciate it, I knew what you were up to.

I'll have to try some junkyards. I hate to see any Tacoma in the yard, especially one so young as a 2012, but it's worth a shot.

not familiar with too many junkyards though. maybe there are some that advertise online or something?

Not sure what the difference is.
$395.23 with JBL
$53.72 without JBL.

Looks like maybe it does include GPS/Cell on the JBL models? Dunno.

Should be able to find one or two junkyards in the yellow pages. Again, nearly all can access a nation-wide computer network of junkyards to obtain used parts. Somewhere in America, there's surely a wrecked 2012 Tacoma with your antenna on it's roof.
