Just paint the ones you have, I just seen you were looking for any color. They take paint well. Only difference is the factory paint ones have a small clear protect film on the corners.

See thats what I'm torn on... I have paint experience but didn't want to tackle these due to horror stories from painting "Raw" plastic material. So I tried the local shops and none will touch them, or they will but won't guarantee the paint will adhear well.

The factory paint ones are plastic. Mine held paint great, I just ran out of paint and only was able to do one coat on them. If you go buy a replacement one to paint they will come in black plastic. Everything is plastic now days. Just use a paint promoter.

No I get both are plastic, the "Raw" plastic are the ones that come on base trucks which are suppose to not hold paint well and the paintable plastic are the ones they use on all the sr5, TRD, etc. Even different part numbers. Did you sand the texture down on yours before you painted?

Yea sanded them before I paint then primer, paint, clear coat. My front bumper is still the one I painted and I was able to put three coats of paint on it. It is holding up great.

Anything will hold paint if done correct. I used a paint promoter and that is what all the paint guys said to do. Helps it stick to the plastic.

But if you can find some same factory color things is the way to go. Nothing like factory paint! Look on eBay as well. You can combine shipping lots of times if you buy them from same seller. Or might find them on here. Good luck which ever way ya go!
