    ***SOLD***

A few crucial things need replacing, so these have to go. Original box is gone because it took too much space, and far bigger than needed for these headers. Never used, brand new DT short headers. Model # THY-515-1-C for 05-11 Tacoma.

$320 shipped or $300 picked up or I can meet up around the SF Bay area

Short tubes will net you more mid range HP, long tubes - top end.

You will need to cut your stock headers at the catalytic and weld these on, long tubes eliminate the primary cats and are a straight bolt-on to your Y-pipe.

These require no O2 sensor mods, long tubes will throw CEL without a signal modifier.

Short tubes comply with CARB/DOT emissions regulations where applicable. Long tubes are illegal in CA and possibly some other areas.

Just to add a little more clarification, these headers actually give more top end than the long tubes, as well as keeping the bottom, and a nice healthy gain in the midrange.

So is there any advantage to the long tubes then Chris?

Maybe if youre supercharged. But I have found the shorties give the best gains in a NA engine. They seem to be more "tuned" for the engines scavenging.

In my experience, short tube headers are best for mildly tuned, low-mid rpm N/A motors.

Long tubes are more beneficial for F/I and high compression, high rpm N/A screamers.

Aside from that it seems that long tubes are bolt ons.
