Yes Actually I do. It's kinda funny. You think karma is getting back at me. But it's not. You offered a 100 less then I was asking. I didn't want to go that low but decide too anyway to help a fellow tw user. Karma bit you in the ass. Wasted your day and 100. And I just got a call from a guy Philly tht offered me more then my asking price to deliver it to him tonight. I'm glad everything as worked out for both of us. :)

Why did you accept my offer? Your post clearly said OBO and I offered you $650 for a leaking camper...which you accepted. I exchanged texts with you before leaving to confirm that we were still good...which you confirmed.

And I salute you too sir. For being a typical person. Making judgements and assumptions based on a partial story. Yes I am an ass when people piss me off. Thank you for stating the obvious.

So you agree to help a fellow tw member out and accept his offer of 100 less for a leaky shell, then help a fellow tw member by wasting 8 hours of his day and gas money.
Why not just get back to him letting him know about your better offer before driving all the way out there?

Just a few facts for you...
    1. I was willing to except the offer because it was another member of tw. If It was someone off of Craigslist then I would not have accepted it
    2. I worked a 12 shift from 6pm Friday night until 6am sat morning. I got home and in bed around 630.
    3. I was woken up around 720-730 and had to rush my mom to the hospital after she fell and thought she may have broken arm/wrist.
    4. The buyer was notified of this. And still chose to make the drive anyway. He sed that he had some sight seeing he was planning to do anyway. I specifically told him that I didn't see why they're was any problem I couldn't meet him later in the day. But I NEVER told him we would deffinately meet.
    5. I got out of the hospital and rushed my mom home. Got there around 1145. (Also in this mess I left my mother bag at the hospital. With my phone her phone out wallets ect in it.) as soon as I dropped her off I made the 45+ mins drive to my dads where the topper is. Loaded the topper by myself onto te trailer hooked up and made another 45 min drive to Gettysburg. (We're he last sed he was)
    6. Got to Gettysburg. ReliZed I didn't have my phone. Made another 45 min drive (which turned into and hour and a half because of traffic) dropped of the trailer a made the 45 min drive back to y house where I though I left my phone. I searched for over 30 mins and couldn't find it. Thought maybe I left it at my dads. Drove back to his house and searched there. Still no luck. Hooked up the trailer. Brought it back to my house. (Got pulled over for speeding around 7 which wasted another 30 mins) Dropped it off after my mom woke up and reliZed her phone was missing as well.
    7. Until I got home dropped the trailer off. Made my mom food since she has a cast on and can't cook. Drove back to the hospital and they finally it was about 915.
    8. After reading/listening to all of the messages/threats. And it being after the 715pm dead line I sed f*** it and waited until I got home and cooled off a little before I texted him and explained this all to the buyer.
    9. I am human. I make mistakes. (Like forgetting my phone at the hospital and not even considering that where it could be). I'm susceptible to being tired. (Worked 12hrs and got les then an hour of sleep and spent all day driving dealing with traffic ect.) does he have a right to be upset? Yes I would be. Does he have a right to threaten me, accuse me, call me out on a public forum without telling the WHOLE story? No.
    10. Yes it leaks. A couple of drops when you hit the top of the tailgate/bottom of the topper lift gate(window whatever you want to call it) with high pressure water or a very heavy/hard rain. It doesn't leak in a normal rain. And if you would have asked I could have easily replace the $5 piece of weather striping for you at no charge.

Well that is my side of what happened. If you still have a problem with how thing were handled then ok. Just don't deal with me. I did not in any way shape or form make him wait. I did not in any way shape it form tell him that we were deffinately going to meet. It was his choice to wait that long or at all after he did his site seeing and did not hear from me. at that point he could have requested other arrangements be made and I would have personally delivered it to him.

Imho. Just like any other time in life. If someone attacks someone else, then the attacked has a right to defend himself from the attacker. If that is not how these forums are ran then please let me know and I will sit here and just accept the bashing without saying another word.

However I would also like to hear the other side of the story and see if this checks out.

Or someone that is trying to prove his innocence. Would you go before a judge and barely give any details to prove your innocence?
