Like the description says, I am looking for a price check on my truck. Im just curious to see how much I could sell it for because the thought has crossed my mind a few times. This truck runs and rides great, I have never had any issues with it.

    Description:
    -2006 super white tacoma
    -4wd crew cab
    -5ft bed
    -117xxx miles
-I have always kept up on maintenance including changing the oil
    - When I bought the truck (at 103xxx miles) I went through and did all the necessary 100K mile maintenance including changing the coolant, having the transmission serviced, changed the spark plugs, and checked all other fluids and wires.

    Upgrades:
    - 3 inch spacer lift
    - 265/75/17 GFgoodrich Mud terrains
    - 17" MB Stryker Rims
    - Bilstein front and rear shocks
    - White matching grill
    - HID 6000k 35W from Slimcubby
    Total cost=$1,300

    Sound systems:
    -Rockford 12" shallow mount sub
    - Rockford 6x9 in the front
    - Rockford 6 1/2 in the rear
    - Rockford tweeters
    - One alpine amp for the sub
-One alpine amp for the speakers
    - JVC Blue tooth deck.
    -Bass knob
-This system sounds really good, crisp and clean.
    Total: $1,500

Extra parts I have in garage:
    -All emblems plasti dipped black
    -stock chrome grill
    - 6" pro comp stage 1 lift
    - Stock stereo head unit

Let me know what you guys think! Obviously if I did sell this truck I wouldnt be foolish and leave the tacoma world. I would just upgrade to a brand new one :D

I'd say anywhere from 16-18k depending on location and if the truck needs anything. Looks super clean! Where at are you located?

Like I said, it all depends on the location. Albeit 4WD or not, where I am from the most that truck would bring is POSSIBLY $18,000. I know because I had one similar to that and sold mine for $16,000. $22,000 seems steep considering that truck brand new was around $30,000. Sure, these trucks hold their value like no other, but I find it hard to believe it only depreciates $8,000 or so with 116,xxx miles on it. I'd go and spend the extra money to have a brand new one with zero miles.

Not to take anything away from the OP's truck, because it is a gorgeous truck. But there is a difference between Blue Book Value, and True-Market Value. When I sold my truck for $16,000 it booked for $22,000 even with 100,000 on it.

Like I said, it all depends on the location and the market. GLWS!

Thanks for the input guys! I am located in Northern Arizona but I also go to school in the LA area so I guess I am located in both areas, depending on what time of the year it is haha

I traded my 06 Super White 4x4 SR5 for a newer Taco earlier this year. 101k miles. I got 15500 for it, so, probably a fair amount more than that with all the extras.

$18-$20K max. You'll fair far better if you take the truck back to stock and sell all the mods, the average consumer will not pay more for a modded vehicle, and it'll be difficult to get your money back.

Ya I was thinking I would just part it out. The hard part about that is finding a buyer for each of the parts. But who knows, I guess I will see what I decide to do! Thanks for all the input guys, it really helps!

not to take anything away from your rig (looks awesome by the way) but he's right, you'll never make your money back. I mean think about it, if you go to nada.com, does it ask if the vehicle has a lift or any of that? You are way better off parting it out and going back to stock. Just my two cents. On a different note, I noticed you have a pro comp stage 1 lift in the garage, you looking to get rid of it?
