Um... Why would you want to trade one of the best for your truck for one of the lower end brands?

Just curious because the kings are so customizable its silly and yet the icons are very difficult to tune or work on..

You could just revalve if you cant find a trader :D
I definitely wouldn't count icon out that easily.. :notsure:
Maybe the older style Icon coil-overs are "difficult" to tune..

Hit up the San Diego thread, there are a few guys in there that would be able to adjust them for you.

Seriously though, Kings are the most common for your truck and very tunable.

I had Icon c/o before this and liked them...
How hard is it to make kings digressive valving?
Pretty much a newb at valving

Well mine were near impossible.. and all I have ever heard is to stay away from the brand if you plan to do any tuning to the valving and rebuilds.

All it takes is different shims and staying on top of the nitrogen pressure.

I liked the stiffness of my old icons too but the fox's that I have now are much better for all driving conditions once they were re vavled.

The fox and kings come soft from the factory cause most of the people who buy an off the shelf OEM coilover use it for 90% street or more and like the softer ride.

Just tell the person who works on them how you want it to ride and they will adjust the valving accordingly.

    2 chicks, 1 dude. haha girls>guys

Sweet thanks! Then ill keep them, just get a new valving.
Main reason i wanted to trade was to get a more stiff ride back, but since i can do that with an easier shock to work on i'll do that.
    Thanks everyone!
