The very day I bought my truck the drivers side drip rail flew off on the highway, I ordered a new one when I got home, but ordered one for an access cab. Part number is the same for left and right side so it will fit either one.

It is new from the factory, it has just been sitting in my closet for a year.

Prefer someone local to the metroplex, I am willing to ship it if someone needs it.

    Located in Denton TX, 76201.

    Yep.
If your positive the PN is the same for L/R I'll take it. My passenger side flew off a few weeks ago. Let me know.

Apparently although they look they same for the most part, the part numbers are different.
    75551-04051 for RH
    75552-04051 for LH

The front doesn't look like it would make a difference, the back however does. There is a little piece that would have its larger side towards the outside of the truck.

Unless you think it will fit this is probably just for the Drivers side, I remember ordering the one for the drivers side.
