FS Peripheral IPod/IPhone adapter

Up for sale is a Peripheral PXDP Vers. 1.5.1, it has the 12 pin connector on it to plug into factory radio. It was used on my 06 JBL radio. It will only work with radios with 12 pin connector AND plug.

I have an 07 with the JBL stereo. How do you get to the back of the cd player to make sure I have the plug for this?

 

Take ac panel out, below radio. Then there are 4 10mm bolts to remove and you're radio pops out

 

I have a 2007 with the JBL stereo and had an older GROM unit but it didn't work that great. Did the one you had work well with your 06? Thanks.
