MaxTrac 4" spindles for sale

**SOLD**I am selling a set of Max Trac 4" spindles that I purchased in February and installed them but decided on a differnt whhel tire combo that these did not work with. They are in perfect condition and have not been offroad. I am asking $350, just email me and let me know if you are interested and we can work out the payment. Eric email:eyoung1971@yahoo.com

Sorry to get off topic but I've never heard of that problem and I was planning on going with a spindle lift this summer. I hope you don't mind me asking but why did the wheels and tires you wanted not work? Just want to know if there's some combination I should avoid.

I had a problem after being informed by people that wanted to sell wheels more than listen to what I wanted..anyway I bought some 17x9 fuel wheels that are great however with a -12 offset (this brings your wheels in by the way closer under the wheel well in layman's terms. The MaxTrac spindles will put you out an additional 1.5" assuming you use the same wheel as with your stock spindles which do not fit by the way without spacers (not something I wanted to run) another point that was missed by the shop advising me. In short the wheels stuck out way too far for me and did not look like they fit on the truck (285 75 17) and I had to run 1.5 spacers on the rear to equal the front and rear spacing.
After going back to the stock spindles I was able to get the look I wanted (just outside the wheel well and take the rear spacers off.
My advice in hindsight without having to do the cab mount chop and alot of additional trimming I would probably go with a 16 wheel and a 285 70 16 tire this will eliminate alot of fabrication. Don't get me wrong I love the way my truck looks now it just took some trial and $$ error to get there. The MaxTrac spindles give you a great ride with a set of coilovers backed all the way off (Icon coil overs). I would run the bilstein adjustables if you only want to go 2.5 - 3" on the front. I have a set of old man emu's on the rear that are a great upgrade and end up giving you roughly 2.75" over stock withoiut running any blocks.
For what its worth that was my challenge...but happy now. I'll post some pics later
