Anyone with a 2008-2012 V6 Tacoma that has either an access cab or a double cab short bed, I want to trade my modified magnaflow catback exhaust system for your stock exhaust. My magnaflow sysem has a 14" resonator before the muffler and the pipping is chopped just over the axle. Exhaust tone sounds really good, deep and throaty. I need to trade, because I just modified the area under my truck so I could put my 33" spare under the truck. Only problem is my spare is partially in the flow of the exhaust, so the tire gets hot which concerns me. I need a stock V6 exhaust because it has a 90 degree strait down section over the axle, which will clear my spare from the exhaust flow. Looking to do local exchange only.

    Sorry for the crappy photos.

My neighbor behind me upgraded to a TRD exhaust, so I'm taking his stock exhaust off his hands. I'll be selling my magnaflow catback exhaust.

Just IMO..and personal experience... I had 32's on my old Toyota and thought ehh it will be ok getting a little warm (i was young and dumb)... terrible idea... I literately melted at 3inch/6inch hole all the way down to the wires with my exhaust tip being too close to the tire..it was a long night on the side of the road in BFE with no spare... better safe than sorry..

That's why I want to go back to an OEM exhaust system. The OEM pipe has more of a 180 bend over the axle than the magnaflow, keeping the pipe and exhaust far enough from the spare to keep it out of the exhaust flow.

Built for maximum low end torque, tooter II.VII intake manifold spacer, LCE long tube header, Injen long tube intake, 2,900 rpm torque peak.
I had a similar concern and simply added an angled exhaust tip to deflect the hot exhaust down and away from the spare...

Thinking $350 including the rest of the tailpipe and tip, incase you want to have a shop weld it back on.
