I did my best, its a long story man. I'm 19 years old in college, never purchased a vehicle before. My dad has to go with me and I tried my best to get him to go that day but he was being stubborn about it. I am hunting for a deal but I know I'm never likely to come across one that good again. When I talked to the guy it was about two weeks after the ad was posted and he must have needed cash because he traded it into the dealership the next day. I found it on their website a day later and they had it priced at $14k, called and started negotiations with them and someone bought it the next day.

Mainly Trying to put all my cash into the truck, unless it's really worth it a plane ticket is just an added expense. And I have my classes during the week

Why does your dad have to go with you? You are old enough to do the deed yourself....

And, Toyota's go fast if priced righteous, you got to jump right away, not kidding....

I'm 19 and have never purchased a vehicle myself, I also value his input since he was a mechanic back in the day. And yea that one had about $6K in mods that I wanted, most people want that much for a stock one

2 cents: Stock vehicles are almost always in better shape than modded vehicles. Most people put lift kits, rock sliders, and big tires on their trucks so they can take them off road and beat them up. If you're a college kid on a budget, you don't want to buy someone else's money pit.

Can't you get if looked at by a mechanic? I definitely don't want a money pit
