Leer Shell + Racks + Carpet Kit for Standard Bed

Selling my Leer shell for a 2006 toyota tacoma, standard 6' bed size.
All items are used.
Asking $1,100 or best offer.
Truck shell has minor cosmetic damage. See photos for detail. Back brake light and interior dome light need repair.
No leaks or cracks.
Lock is functional but will need repair soon. Rear window in tact, fully functional.
Purchased from original owner in late 2011.
Price includes custom carpet kit and Yakima racks and cross bars with removable towers.
