Work is taking me out of the country soon.....NEED TO SELL

    Updated - September, 09 2014

Payments will be done through paypal, sent to friend/family or add 3% for paypal fees.

I also have spare bulbs for headlights and accessory lighting. I will sell one or pair, just let me know. Turn signal/Parking light bulbs $1 each Headlight bulbs $5 each

Tacoma Night Vision HID Headlights: 250shipped

Reason for selling: I have a new pair of retro-fitted headlights.

Up for sale is my OEM Retrofitted HID headlights. The kit is a Night Vision brand HID Kit. I bought the headlights off a member of the forum, who at the time was having issues with the HIDs and wasnt sure if the ballast or lights were bad. So I purchased them, and then ordered a brand new Ballast and Bulbs from Night Vision then installed on my truck. Everything works fine and I have not had any issues with bulbs not turning on or flickering of any sort. I never wired up the Halo's as I am not really of fan of Halos and never use them.

The CONS: FIRST: As this is not a top of the line name brand HID kit, I have noticed some things which I have been told are "normal" but I find a little annoying. The light output is a little weird, the light is in a straight line, but where the step-up is, it doesnt level back off and go straight, it continues and shoots off to the upper right at a 45 degree angle (pic included). I emailed night vision and apparently it's an optional cut-off which purpose is to light up signs and what not on the right side of the road without blinding oncoming traffic. I dont know about the validity of the statement, however I drove around with these for about 6months and I guess kind of got use to it. SECOND: the lights do jiggle a little bit over bumps. Because of the type of kit it is (it sort of drops in to the factory bulb location and stems out. ie: the bowl is not cut to mount these) it seems prone to a little more shaking. Again, After 6 months of driving around with them, not a big issue except on bumpy roads where it is very noticeable. LASTLY, there is minor leaking in both lights. during car washes and rain, they will fog up a little, but it usually goes away pretty fast.

Headlights are OEM Toyota headlights, and the lenses are in good condition, there are a few small rock chips (hardly noticeable at all) but overall the lenses are really good condition and all tabs are intact.

    WHAT YOU GET:
    -Headlights w/6000k HID bulbs
    -Full working HID Kit
-The Old HID Kit (bulbs and ballast) with 5000k bulbs. It is unknown whether one or both of the ballast are bad or bulbs but serves for extra parts if you can figure out what is good or not
-Turn signal / Parking light bulbs included

Im looking for $400 shipped for the set, I believe that is a more then fair price seeing as retrofitting an OEM headlight with "top of the line" stuff runs you 700+. This is almost (and in most cases) half the price for a working drop in set that needs nothing else, unless you want to find where the leak is coming from.

    Tacoma Smoked Chrome Headlights: 120shipped
I picked up these headlights to use as a spare set while I worked on my HID set. They are OEM Smoked Chrome headlights. They've been on my truck a good 3weeks now and I havent had any issues with leaking or anything. They are hazing just a little bit. The driver side headlight has some small cracks in it (you can kinda see them in the pics) and only the passenger side bottom tab is broken; all other tabs are intact. Have no use for them now, so just trying to get rid of them.

Chrome Bezel: $60 shipped CONUS (ALL 3 sets)
I now have three sets of chrome bezel for sale. they are all in good shape, I just need to get rid of them since ill be moving soon and they will likely just get lost or broken. Im asking 60 to mainly just cover shipping.

Looking for one stock headlight for an 06. Are you willing to split them or would you like to just sell them in pairs ? Also what would a price be ?

It was a while back, so I don't remember what exactly it was that made me realize it might not fit. but one thing I know for sure is the switch for the 4x4 is labeled on the black inserts around the knob, so with this on there would be no labeling of the 4hi/4lo not a big deal but enough for me not to go through with it. I may actually try putting it on again just to see if actually doesnt fit or if I was just too lazy to figure it out lol
