    Hey guys. I have a 05-11 black satoshi grill for sale: (process/price below)

    My process: Cut out grill with dremel, sand with 80 and 320 grit sandpaper, 3 layers of bondo and more sanding. Zip tie method to secure grill mesh. Instead of using fiberglass to back the bondo, I cut out a couple flat plastic pieces and epoxied them behind the holes, then filled everything in with the bondo. The inside lip has several coats of rustoleum primer followed by several coats of rustoleum satin black.

    I have made several satoshi grills, but this was the first one I made a while ago and its not perfect. With that, my price is $200 + shipping. I am located in Greenville, North Carolina. If you want the outer surround color matched I'll do it for an extra $50, with duplicor unless you have a preference. Thanks for looking!
