They'll destroy the factory shocks. I want these, but trying to decide how badly. Haven't put my 5100s on yet, was going to do stock coil at 1.75. With my ride rites at 25 psi, I currently have exactly 2" of rake. Decisions....

Just my opinion, but if you're going through all the hassle and effort to remove the current coil/strut assembly to change out the shocks, why wouldn't you swap out the stock coils? They ride way too soft (like a 1985 Buick) compared to the OME's. You'll have better braking, cornering and handling with the new coils for $170. No brainer as long the funds are available. Then you also don't need to preload with the Bilsteins. I haven't ridden in a truck with preloaded coils, but I can say you won't be disappointed in the OME coil ride.

Do you have either of these coils left? I am just interested in the coils, would not need the stock shocks.
