What would I need to make it work in an 06? And also get the aux hooked up.

 

Hmm I'm certainly not an expert, but there are threads on here that explain what to do. I know I've seen 06s get retrofit with the 2014 units so this is certainly possible. Youd want to get a usb/aux kit and a harness, and a bluetooth mic if you dont have one installed in your truck already.

When you connect a phone or ipod via usb or bluetooth, you can control the device through this unit and it displays the track information on the screen. Its pretty neat.

 

Hmmm let me do some research. I have bluetooth on my phone so I can just skip the aux bs.

Can you post a clear picture of the back of the radio, showing the connectors?
