    Engage Long Travel 6 over with race spindles. 2.5x8 sway a ways wrapped in King Coils.
    The open holes slip onto your hub, then tightened by the lugs you see on the spacer, then the studs you see on the spacer act as your new studs for your wheel.

    Yes sir. Make sure they are torqued properly. If you have a prerunner make sure someone physically holds the brakes so you can torque them down without the hub spinning. Also some thread locker on the tacoma studs is a good idea.

    Stick a screw driver in your brake disk and let the caliper hold it in place while you torque the bolts.
