TRD 4.0L Supercharger $3200

For Sale is a new, unopened TRD Supercharger kit to fit the 4.0L Tacoma or FJ Cruiser. The "Fit Kit" is not included, so you will need to purchase it separatly. The part# for this supercharger assembly is PTR29-35070, which is the first kit that was offered and it shows an application for the 07-08 FJ Crusier or the 05-08 Tacoma. Toyota is now selling PTR29-35090. I have been unable to figure out the difference, so if you have a different year model you will need to make sure this will work for you. The fit kit for a Tacoma is PTR29-35120, and can be bought for under $600.

As you will see in the pictures, all of the pieces are still in the original plastic wrap. Even the supercharger has not been taken out of the plastic! I took an inventory from the installation instructions, and all the pieces are there from the supercharger kit. It is complete. However, the cardboard box is in bad shape from years of being moved around, but the contents are fine. I will need to use a new box for shipping because this one will not make it.

I bought this from a guy who purchased it intending to install it on his Tacoma but never did. I also had good intentions, but never got around to putting it on before selling the truck. My loss, your gain.

Word to the wise...I don't know Toyoxus, but he only has 2 posts here. There have been numerous "Cheap Supercharger" scams on this board that have resulted in people losing money. Be cautious and check out your seller before Paypal-ing $3200.

This is a screaming price. As long as you go through PayPal and receive it within 45 days you're good to go! I would be filling out a claim by day 40 if I didn't have an SC sitting at my doorstep.

(I bought mine from Toyota of Dallas and had it about two week later, so over a month shipping time would be BS)

If I knew it would work on my 2010 I'd consider getting it in person. Just not willing to chance wasting money.

Careful on the part numbers. After some research to see if this would work with mine I found PTR29-35070 is superseded by ...-35090 due to reflash as well as different positioned engine sensor hook ups.

 

I live in Dallas Texas if i had that kind of money i would take it! always have wanted a supercharger just decided to buy a Yamaha r1 instead. If youll take 1,000 ill come pick up
