    Nope. All you have to do is remove 4 nuts and put a couple bolts through existing holes in the frame. With the proper tools it's pretty simple but a few angles are awkward. A ratchet with deep sockets would help but all you really need are a couple wrenches. I think 9/16 and 17mm were the best fitting sizes.

    Well I called UPS to get a shipping quote to somebody in Mobile, AL and it was over $80 because of the dimensions. I'm guessing it'll be lower because Illinois is closer, but I'm guessing the shipping cost will still be pretty damn high. If you're really interested I'll look into it for you.
