    Not much.
This is very tempting, I'd like to get rid of the two subs that I have in the back but how's the quality on the box? Did you use the recommended air space dimensions for the amount of air the sub requires?

The box is made of 3/4" MDF, all seams are wood glued, screwed, then I used Hot glue on everything I could reach (95%) once assembled. There are a couple cuts that are not perfect but does not hurt sealing or integrity of box and will be unseen if carpeted. I was planning to add carpet after built/tuned but it was literly in the truck 1 week before I traded it, so not really a concern to me now.

JL states the sub requires 0.625 air space. I used deminsions from another box that stated 0.75 space, but I did have to shorten it 1" in length (16 1/2 instead of 17 1/2) to avoid cutting any factory plastic panels. It fits good, sounds good but not going to rattle cars in front of you, well not at the level I listen to anyway. Im way past being heard a mile away days, just wanted something to fill the void in the stock system and it does this with ease and can rattle the mirrors if wanted.

I noticed at the bottom of the box the sub appears to rub at the bottom lip. Is there an issue with this?
