2009 MGM DCSB PreRunner Kings

Unfortunately it may be time for me to sell my Tacoma. With the new restoration shop becoming extremely busy I am moving more cars around on trailer every week. This is not something I want to do with my Tacoma.

I have a 2009 Tacoma PreRunner TRD Off-Road SR5 that I bought new in Aug 2009 in Palm Springs, CA. It is a 4 door short bed in Magnetic Grey Metallic. The truck lived in the desert until we recently moved back east last September. It was my daily driver with occasional breaks from being driven when I had a few Mustangs there. Once we moved it was my DD again. I got a Focus to take care of the daily stuff a couple of months ago.

The Tacoma has about 67xxx miles on it. It will change a little bit here and there as I do still use it when I need a truck. All of the maintenance has been done by me and me only, ASE Technician. That includes oil changes every 3000 miles with only Mobil 1 Synthetic, trans flush at 30k miles and another at 62k miles, spark plugs changed at 60k miles, and the K&N air filter is cleaned when needed(checked about monthly). The front brakes were changed with new rotors and pads at 58k miles. The addition of stainless braided brake lines was done at the same time with a full fluid flush. There has never been any issues with the truck.

While I was in CA I did modify the suspension and added some aux lights and features. There are custom built rock sliders and front light bar, both made from 1 1/2" .120 wall dom. The aux lights are a 20" LED spot pattern bar and two 4" LED flood lights on either side of the 20" light bar. The front control arms have been made as a full custom 1.5" over set with 1" uniballs attach the gusseted spindle and 7/8" heim joints that attach the upper control arms to the frame. The lower control arms have weld washers in place of where the factory cam adjusters were. All of the adjustment is in the upper heim joints. The front coilovers are King OE's with 600 lb springs and external reservoirs. The rear springs were upgraded to a set of Deaver J66 springs with Bilstein 5100 series shocks. I have also added a set of Firestone Ride-Rite air bags to aid in the loading of the bed or towing since the leaf pack is now softer. They rest in Daystar cups so there is still full travel of the rear suspension. The tires were replaced at 57k miles with BFG All-Terrain KO 265/75/16 on the stock TRD Off Road wheels. These are 1" larger diameter than the factory size of 265/70/16. There is a matching spare in that correct size with a TRD wheel as well. The factory spare was no longer useful. The interior has all LED lights for the dome and map lights. The exhaust is a MBRP muffler with custom cut turn down before the rear axle.
There is zero rust on this truck. I may be forgetting some stuff or details about it. Please feel free to ask what you need. Thank you.
