I've noticed lately that when I turn my steering wheel all the way to the left or to the right their is sometimes a noise that comes from the front wheel area and its a nasty sound like theirs no spring or something in my suspension but I only hear it when my wheels are turned practically all the way to the left or right, and the noise is more consistent when going off a curb/bump.

What kind of noise is it? Does it sound like a child screaming? A Gun shot? The Clerk at the local walmart? There are alot of noises, but you need to be more specific.

I get a nasty grinding sound when i turn all the way to the left or even partially all the way. Don't know what it is though.

What size tires do you have? You are most likely rubbing the cab mount.

I still have the stock Dunlop tires. It sounds like it has to do with with that tin plate.

You mean the skid plate? take it off and see if you still get that sound. Also, what kind of sound is it? Metallic clank, pop, ringing???

I found out what it was. It wasn't the skid plate making the noise is was the plate right behind the front passenger rim. I took the tire off and then noticed a shiny line in the rust where it had been grinding against the brakes when turning. I just bent it out a little and then tested it out. Silence is golden.
