Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
x2, I saw two in person on one of those delivery trucks on the freeway yesterday and it doesn't look THAT bad in person...

I like the center bar, but I'm not a big fan of the honeycomb. It looks like something GM would do. Overall, it's not bad, but not an improvement over the previous grill. JMO.

I can already picture members doing the satoshi grille mod but leaving the center bar and simply removing the honeycomb part. That would look sweet.

+1 I was about to say the same thing, but I would recess a little the center bar.

    Just the basics
Looks like one of the new 4runner media pics shopped. I like the idea of going back to universal body parts for the 4Runner and trucks. That is how it used to be. That's how it all started! :D

I saw about 150 yesterday lol

There is a parking lot off the shipping yard downtown (Close to the new Hilton Harbor) where I can only assume San Diego's Dealers inventory is being kept.

after seeing the new grill up close the old design is better, but still has to be modded. why would toyota add the honeycomb to the grill and not match the inserts better? it makes the new grill look unbalanced and amateurish.

The main new grille is ok but nothing great, it's the smaller inserts that I really don't like....minature honeycombs......not liking those.
