I posted a thread on 6/19/10 about a rattle in my left front wheel on my 2009 Tacoma. After 5 trips to 2 different Toyota dealerships and new rotor, new caliper, new front brakes on both sides, new sway bar linkage assemblies on both sides and 4 days of having my truck in the shop and not in my garage, I finally took matters into my own hands. I took the front wheels off both sides and cleaned the pads off and sprayed Brake Quiet on the backs of them and reinstalled them. Problem solved! I tried to get the morons at the dealerships to do that but they wouldn't listen. With parts and labor, Toyota is probably out between $1500-$2000. The can of Brake Quiet cost me $5.50.

For the guys that responded to my thread and are having similar issues, try a can of Brake Quiet on your pads and see if that fixes your problem.
