OEM SS tube steps, Access LE tonneau cover, pop n'lock, AVS in-channel vent visors, stubby antenna, Wet Okole seat covers, bed mat, rear diff breather mod, 4 extra d rings in bed, K&N air filter.

You're probably looking at $200+. You can put the weight and dimensions into a shipping calculator and get a guestimate. Since that is so big, you will probably have to have a shipping company ship it. Don't thing Fed Ex or UPS will ship anything that big.

I was going to send a fold up tonneau from SC to Ontario and it was going to cost ~$150.
