I've got a slightly random request for somebody with a 6" lift...

I'm looking at doing a 6" procomp lift, possibly another brand but 6" nonetheless, with 33" tires...

Can anybody measure from the ground to the top of their roof for me for an overall height? I don't have roof racks so I don't need that included in the measurement...

I park in a covered parking spot at my apt and it looks like I've got about 8" or so of clearance above my roof right now, at stock height. I need to know if I'll still fit in my spot before I jump into a 6" lift!

This would help me out huge, thanks!

seeing as stock size rims are 16" for TO and TS are 17", stock tires are 31"...

overall gain in height should be as such...
    6" for suspension
    2"+ for larger tires (33's)
1"+ for larger rims (if your running TO w/16" OEM)
= 9" in total gain in height...

35" should give you around 11" of total height gain...

the rims wont change your height, its the tires. 33's will be around 2 inches bigger, but will only give 1 inch of lift because it's a circle, and the bottom half will add to your clearance. add that to the 6" lift and you'll have a little over 7" of lift. so you will be cutting it very close.

Ok thanks, I'll see how much clearance I would have if I went worse case (or best depending on how you look at it) scenario, if I added 9" assuming I go with 33's

disregard the 9" proposal.....you should be looking around 7".....6 for the lift and 1 for the tires
