Samhain- Just installed mine this past weekend, EASY install, less than an hour. Fit the factory mounting points like it was made for it (obviously, it was! LOL) The only minor thing I didn't like about these is that the bolt heads on the bottom are in view (slightly). Brackets are beefy, as is hardware, instructions are good, and for $166 shipped (stainless/chrome-shine), a bargain. I just don't like sliding in and out over the seat edge, and I can't bend my neck enough to get in easily (fusion).

I had a set on my Access Cab I just traded, and these tuck in better than those did. Different manufacturer, Buffalo-something. Just as nice of quality and price, but hung out further.

There is this German lady youtube video in those ebay auctions to see what's involved. Looks simple enough. ratchet and a screwdriver from what i can tell. Here is the youtube video.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjzfddQt2xE

I paid, when it was all said an done, $145 with shipping included. I'll let you know of the build quality, ease of install, and I'll take pictures whenever they get here.

I've seen those videos before too. There's a whole series of them...it's funny shit.

I've got a set of N-Fabs that are supposed to be delivered next week. The main bar on these sets are 2" and not 3" though.

So, thanks for all the feedback ! I bought the black 3" step bars. They look good, but now I can say that 4" would probably be better.
Let me give you a exemple that I never thought of it. I wear shoe size 11, when I step on it, only covers 3" of my shoes, that is not much. 4" would have been better and given a beefer look.
So, 3" is good and cheaper, but if I would do it again I would buy 4"
I did not buy from the Ebay. I went with who I felt better about it, and it was with
Autotruck .com. They match the free shipping offer from another website, plus they have a great costumer service. (if you need costumer service from ebay, it may not happen) Paid $200 for it.
Bought the Outland brand instead of the Airies, because the outland was the longest of them all. I have seen some out there that barelly covers the lengh of the cab.
Since I have a crew cab, long bed, I wanted the longest I could get.
Will post some photos later if anyone wants it.
"and that is all I have to say about that" Forest Gump. :)

Did you get the 3" ovals, or round? That could make a big difference.

I would still buy the 3" ovals if I did it over again, but that's just me.

I just ordered my ebay nerf bars thanks to this thread. I really wasnt looking for the standard nerf bar setup, but my pregger wife can hardly get in my truck now. For $144 shipped, I figured it couldnt hurt to try. I will post some pics and let you guys now how they are...

I got mine this week. I'm very happy with them. Totally worth $150.

The black looks great with the red.

can't find my camera. Got these bad boys installed. Only thing I don't like about them is I'm 6 foot 1" with a 13.5 size shoe.... I wish they would come out a little more so I could use them more effectively. There made for people that aren't rockin big feet I guess. Worth the $150 for sure though. As soon as I can find my camera, I'll be posting my polished stainless ones.
