2005 Tacoma front end chatter noise?

Tinted windows short antenna exhuast

I just recently bought my Tacoma about a month ago and ive noticed the front end chatters while going over speed bumps. Ive done some research and the only thing i found on this was the lower steering unit has problems. My warranty is up on the truck so the dealer prob wont do anything for me. Any advice helps. Has anyone seen or had this problem?
