Every single picture looks like a 2010 (etc) Tacoma with the new grill photoshopped on. Serious. Now I know they ARE replacing the grill...but those pics still look photoshopped.

Yeah, but not sure how a slammed p/u would look with chrome bumpers ugly street trucks should have color matched bumpers & mirrors like the sport. I don't like the chrome on the OR but assume it holds up to wheeling scratches better than painted bumps.

You still can't build a 2011 in my zip. The main page is updated for 2011 but when you go to build it says 2010. Maybe none on the east coast yet or something.

Prior to 2011, all DC Tacomas had the V6. Now you have a choice between the I-4 and V6. IOW, if you want a DC V6, it will be available.

When I went and picked up my new Tacoma last weekend, they had flyers out for the new 2011s. It looks like they renamed and changed around the TRD packages.

I can't remember what they were calling the new TRD though....it had a different sticker on the back though.

What you saw was the TX and TX Pro, it's in the online brochure also.

Basically it's a TRD OR with FJ TRD rims (spoked with bead protector), the TRD Cat Back Exhaust, black stepsides and new graphics. The concept for the TX Pro had different shocks too (not sure it is in the production package or not.)

the TX Concept: http://pressroom.toyota.com/pr/tms/toyota/toyota-tacoma-tx-package-concept-111883.aspx?ncid=11092 (the rims are black on the production TX according to my dealership)

Spoke to my dealership about it, the TX packages are Port Installed, so they can be put on quickly vs ordering from the factory. Of course, nothing in the package the dealership can't install for you either...

Time for sockmonkey to make new bedside graphics :D

I don't mind the new grill after seeing it in the gallery on the toyota website. But seeing the other close up shots that were posted in another thread just make it look cheap. I still think I like the older style better. Meh.

Ohh I see what you want now. You want a V6 on the lower 5-lug chassis. I doubt that will be offered.
