for those of you with aftermarket bumpers, did you have to do anything to the support mounts from the original bumper to keep the headlights from being more loose than they were originally? I have a little bit of rattle from my driver's side head light and am developing an f'ing annoying squeak from the passenger side front...both I think are from the fact that when i removed the braces after the front bumper cover, things weren't as snug as factory. Does this make any sense? if so give me some help here...i have a Shrockworks bumper but that shouldn't make too much of a difference. thanks for any help.

First: I love the picture in your avatar. Right on.
Secondly, I run an ARB on mine and dont have that problem (knock knock), you may want to check the tightness of all the bolts that hold the lights in place. Anyone else?

Are you running an All Pro? I kept the braces on mine there is no fitment issue at all leaving them on with the bumper.

I have the exact same problem as you but it's coming from my passenger side. I just found where it was rubbing and reached in through the foglight hole and shoved a small piece of rubber padding i had on the floor of my garage in between the truck and bumper. I plan on doing a more temporary fix by trying to put back on the flimsy-ass triangle support bar that all-pro's instructions told me to take off and cutting a notch where it's rubbing. It's been about a week and the piece of rubber still hasn't fallen out, but hey no squeak for now! (except for my rear leaf springs!!!)

i'll try and snap a picture of what i have made up for mine if i can.. pretty simple setup just a strip of 1" aluminum i cut down and drilled some holes in to mount it with then bent it by hand into shape.. should be able to do it with the bumper still on the truck, just pull the grill.
