Composite bed damage

So after hauling a ford v8 to a scrap yard I have a dozen or so gouges that have penetrated the bed and I have white fibers exposed... anyone know of an epoxy to seal up these gouges?

Try J.B WELD, its a 2 part Epoxy and its very strong, they sell it everywhere. Next time buy the Rubber bed mat, it really helps prevent this sort of thing!

I love my bed mat .... although I am not hauling 351 Clevelands around, my golf clubs stay put.

my entire bed looks like that. i dont want a bed mat bc i like being able to slide stuff in and out. it doesnt hurt anything to leave it be or at least it hasn't in the 5 years i have had it. the best news is it will be rust free. haha.

Not knowing what flavor of composite the bed is myself, I would start off in a small area to see how the repair stuff reacts with the bed material.
Some solvents, hardners, or things like epoxy may not get along nicely with the bed.
Let us know how it goes.

I accidentally got a small drip of fiberglass resin on the bed. It's there forever so I think the resin with black dye/paint might work well.

I noticed several scuffs on the composite bed when hauling my motor cycle around. I would think Toyota would have thought about this. I hate having to spend on a bed mat on top of what I paid for the truck. sign...

Mine is scratched & gouged to hell and back....but its a truck bed and I use it as a truck bed. Thats why I have a tonneau cover. It hides the scratches

You can also kind of rub on them a bit.. won't completely go away but the bright white will fade.

Why would it break? I had a 700r4 slam into the side about 9 times in mine and put some good gouges into it... never broke it though. It was still fine before totaled out... lol My dad's 05 still looks new...
