i was up at hume lake for a week and outside my cabin every day was sitting a brand new 2011 super white DC SB sport. It had a sign on the tailgate saying it was a rental car....someone scored.

All this to say i spent some time looking it over and the new grill looks reallly good in person. I am wanting to buy one.

I don't see what all the fuss is about with the grill. It's just gonna get cut out and turned into a Satoshi anyway:)

I agree actually, somehow the grill is different in person, and once you see it in person, it has a very nice look to it. I like it!

Hate to break it to you, the 2011's have been on the lots for two weeks now.

That said, it only seems to be Prerunners built in Mexico. I've checked many dealer's websites and the VIN numbers all start with a 3, which means Mexico.

    That grill sucks!!! IMO :D

If Toyota wants to do a real change/upgrade .... why don't they stop putting car tires on their trucks!!!

The grill looks fine, I wouldn't say its better OR worse than the previous... old style and new style both need to be changed up!

guess I need to hurry up and take my own advice and order my grillcraft...

Carson Toyota has LOTS of new 2011 Prerunner photos. Not just generic photos, they are vehicle specific.

Go here and select Tacoma, find the 2011's and check the photos out. There's about 18 photos for each truck.

On the subject of grill talk, at least they consolidated the grill into one horizontal piece, so you can quickly satosh the motha'

I'm really interested in seeing a real pic of the double cab 4x2 4cyl 5 lugger, not the one that looks chopped on the Toyota website

Get over the grill. In a couple of months it will look just fine.

Gee the '01 to '04 Tacoma grilles made the truck look like a Jeep product! I had wanted a Comanche truck once!
