i had laminx on my fogs when i had my wrx. never had any issues with melting. the saved the fogs from being cracked and damaged from road debris so many times. i would get this if my truck had fogs. i would still consider these when i do my hid retro into my headlights. but dont go smoked. you are robbing lumens from your lights. they will not be as bright with a tinted cover.

No. I just want a darker headlight but I am to scared to try the BHLM. I know I will mess that up.

I had them on my head lights and fogs. I loved the way they looked, but I couldn't see much at night, and there was nearly no light output at night if it was raining.

Trust me, brighter bulbs alone won't help. I have Silverstars for my head lights and fog lights and still couldn't see much. Just sayin.

i have yellow lamin-x on my fog lights. i really like it.. but it was TERRIBLE to install. need 3 people to do it and have any success (one to hold the fog light, another to hold the film, and yourself to heat and apply the film).. and dont be afraid to add a lot of heat from a heat gun and stretch to fit/apply. also dry works better then wet.

that's for the 2012 fog's... pretty much like putting thick plastic tint film on a half baseball.
