    girlfriend works in the service department at a toyota here in san diego, said she saw some paper work for a tacoma with 231,922 miles, whats the highest mileage u guys seen on a 2nd gen?

    The reason i pulled the trigger and got my new Taco couple weeks ago was because I was in the service department getting my [unnamed not-so-tough car] serviced and I asked about the reliability of the Tacos...

    The service man pulled up an account he had just serviced and the Tacoma showed 511,000 miles lol.

    After I died laughing, I picked the one I want and drove it home that day.
